إزاي أوقف تجديد الاشتراك؟
الاشتراك بيتدار من متجر التطبيقات مش من عندنا. على iPhone: الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← خطوة ← إلغاء الاشتراك. على Android: متجر Play ← صورتك ← المدفوعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات ← خطوة. لازم يتم الإلغاء قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من موعد التجديد.
حذفت التطبيق، هل الاشتراك بيقف؟
لأ. حذف التطبيق مش بيوقف التجديد التلقائي. لازم توقفيه من إعدادات المتجر بالخطوات اللي فوق.
إزاي أحذف حسابي؟
من داخل التطبيق: الحساب ← حذف الحساب. بيتحذف حسابك وخططك وسجلاتك نهائياً ومن غير رجعة. لو مش قادرة توصلي للتطبيق، راسلينا من نفس البريد المسجّل في الحساب وهنحذفه خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
مش وصلني كود التفعيل على الإيميل
راجعي مجلد الرسائل غير المرغوبة (Spam). لو مفيش، استخدمي «إعادة إرسال الكود» من نفس الشاشة، وتأكدي إن البريد اللي كتبتيه مكتوب صح.
الخطوات مش بتتحسب صح
تأكدي إن التطبيق مسموح له بالوصول للياقة والحركة من إعدادات الجهاز. بعض الأجهزة كمان بتوقف التطبيقات في الخلفية لتوفير البطارية، فاستثني خطوة من ترشيد البطارية لو الخطوات بتقف وأنتِ ماشية.
تحليل الوجبة طلع رقم غريب
التقدير من الصورة تقريبي بطبيعته وبيتأثر بالإضاءة وزاوية التصوير وحجم الطبق. صوّري الطبق من فوق وبإضاءة كويسة، وتقدري تعدّلي المكوّنات والكميات يدوياً قبل ما تسجّلي الوجبة.
دفعت ومفيش اشتراك اتفعّل
التفعيل بيحصل بعد تأكيد المتجر للعملية، وأحياناً بياخد دقايق. لو عدّت ساعة، راسلينا ومعاكِ تاريخ العملية وإيصال الشراء من المتجر.
نسيت كلمة المرور
من شاشة الدخول اضغطي «نسيت كلمة المرور»، وهيوصلك كود على بريدك لإعادة تعيينها.

How do I stop my subscription renewing?
Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not by us. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Khatwah → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Play Store → your picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Khatwah. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
I deleted the app. Does that stop the subscription?
No. Deleting the app does not stop auto-renewal. You have to turn it off in your store settings using the steps above.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account → Delete account. Your account, plans, and logs are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you cannot reach the app, email us from the address registered on the account and we will delete it within 30 days.
The verification code never arrived
Check your spam folder. If it is not there, use "Resend code" on the same screen, and check that the email address you entered is correct.
My steps are not counted correctly
Make sure the app is allowed access to fitness and motion data in your device settings. Some devices also suspend apps in the background to save battery, so exclude Khatwah from battery optimisation if your steps stop while you are walking.
The meal analysis gave an odd number
Estimating from a photo is approximate by nature and is affected by lighting, angle, and plate size. Shoot the plate from above in good light. You can also edit the ingredients and amounts by hand before logging the meal.
I paid but no subscription was activated
Activation happens after the store confirms the transaction, which occasionally takes a few minutes. If an hour has passed, email us with the transaction date and your store receipt.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password" and a reset code will be emailed to you.
